EURL Saskia Stel takes the respect of privacy and the protection of personal data very seriously and undertakes to implement adequate measures to ensure the protection of such data and to process and use such data in compliance with the applicable provisions and in particular the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the Data Protection Act.

ARTICLE 1: Data controller
Your Data are collected by Élite Canin, the commerciale name, and EURL Saskia Stel corporate name, offering private dog training classes in person and online in the Alpes Maritimes, Var, & Monaco, registered at the Registre du commerce et des sociétés (RCS) under the number 89352959400028.
Within the meaning of Article 24 of the General Regulations on Data Protection 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, ÉLITE CANIN acts as the data processing officer.

ARTICLE 2: Data collected and purposes
Élite Canin in its capacity as data controller, is required to collect, consult, use, modify, store, transmit and delete personal data within the framework of its commercial and contractual activities.
In accordance with Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the terms "Data" or "Personal Data" refer to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Concerned Person").
An "identifiable natural person" means a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more elements specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Élite Canin undertakes to collect personal data only for precise, explicit and legitimate purposes and not to subsequently process such data in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
ÉLITE CANIN undertakes to process only personal data that are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected.

These data are mostly collected directly from the persons concerned when they:
• Create a personal space on the Website of ÉLITE CANIN.
• Make a request for information on ÉLITE CANIN.
• Place an order on the Website.

• Contact the customer service of ÉLITE CANIN.
As part of the collection activities mentioned above, ELITE CANIN collects the following data:

In order to understand better the data processing carried out by ÉLITE CANIN, we inform data subjects that ÉLITE CANIN may process their data for the following purposes :

All personal data collected and processed by Élite Canin is hosted in the European Union.

Élite Canin is the sole recipient of your data and undertakes not to pass it on to third parties unless a legal request is made to pass the data on to the state authorities.

ARTICLE 5: Data retention period
The data is kept for a period of time appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force. Customer data is retained during the contractual relationship, and may be retained for ten (10) years after the termination of the contractual relationship in order to comply with accounting and tax obligations.

ARTICLE 6: Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, each person has the right to access, rectify, erase and make available his or her Personal Data, as well as the right to limit and oppose the processing of such data. ARTICLE 7: Cookies Management Policy
A Cookie: does the Élite Canin’s Website server deposit a text file on your hard disk. It generally contains the name of the server that deposited it, an identifier in the form of a unique number and an expiration date. Its purpose is to collect information relating to your browsing in order to offer you services adapted to your terminal (computer, mobile, or tablet).

Functional cookies are necessary for the functioning of the Website and the application. They allow people to use the main features of the Website and to secure their connection. They may allow direct access to their personal spaces via identifiers and passwords.

Cookies for audience measurement and statistics allow the data controller to know the use and performance of sites, to establish statistics, volumes of visits and use of various elements (content visited, path ...) to improve the interest and ergonomics of services offered (the pages or sections most often consulted, the most read articles ...). The lifespan of audience measurement cookies is limited to thirteen months.
